Sarpreet graduated in 2017 with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She has also attained her FCAMPT designation and completed her Master of Clinical Science at the University of Western Ontario.
Sarpreet is driven by a simple desire to help every one of her clients achieve their individual goals. She uses a set of specialized skills that include a blend of manual therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture, education, and exercise prescription. Sarpreet enjoys connecting with her clients and building a therapeutic relationship with each of them. She finds great satisfaction in helping her clients improve their quality of life and teaching them how to manage their symptoms on their own.
Sarpreet has a special interest in treating runners, and individuals with cervicogenic headaches, concussion and jaw (TMJ) pain.
While Sarpreet enjoys travelling, yoga and staying active, she loves spending time with her nieces and nephews the most.

Basia is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Toronto in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science: Physical Therapy. She has an Honours Bachelor of Science: Specialization in Human Kinetics, Minor in Psychology from the University of Guelph (1999) and Masters in Health Management from the McMaster University (2024).
She has been a Fellow with the Canadian Association of Manual and Manipulative Therapists (FCAMPT) since 2010. She is an examiner for the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Basia is passionate about helping people reach their health goals. She uses a blend of specialized skills in her treatment plans: advanced manual therapy, education, neural tissue mobilization, taping, myofascial release, exercise prescription, taping, and acupuncture. She finds that the key to success is identifying the core drivers to her patient’s condition. This empowers her patients to manage their symptoms and return to the activities they love.
In her spare time, Basia loves to be outdoors with her husband, two kids and her dog running, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, playing soccer and traveling. She has played competitive soccer and has completed several long distance races. Her experience also includes working with various sports teams, and with high level athletes including rugby players, soccer players, gymnasts, and hockey players.

Prem graduated with a Specialized Honours Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University in 2018 prior to completing his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto in 2020.
Prem is extremely passionate about helping his clients return to things that are most important to them. He ensures that they have a solid understanding of the underlying drivers for their specific impairments to help develop confidence and independence with their recovery.
Prem uses a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, exercise, and education to help his clients achieve their goals. Prem has a special interest in helping clients with dizziness and post-concussion rehabilitation. His experience working as a personal trainer gives him a unique perspective on how to motivate and progress clients through their goal-oriented exercise programs.
Prem is a strong believer in life-long learning and actively enrolls in post-graduate courses to enhance his skills. Prem is working towards achieving his FCAMPT designation.
In his spare time, Prem loves to be active and stays fit. He enjoys playing basketball, hockey, baseball, and tennis. He also practices mindfulness and meditation as he believes in the importance of the mind-body connection.

Gabriel is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage, McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, and McMaster Advanced Neurofunctional Sports Performance Programs and a member of the College of Massage Therapists.
As an instructor for the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course, and developer of the Contemporary Suction Cup Therapy course, he is involved with the development of the next generation of practitioners. He is passionate about helping people along their healing journey.
Gabriel's treatments focus on identifying and correcting the underlying causes of dysfunction. He uses what he has learned in his education, experience, and study travels across China, combining traditional Eastern therapies with scientifically proven Western therapies to determine the best possible course of treatment.
His treatments include: acupuncture, cupping, massage and myofascial release techniques. Gabriel is a life long learner and continuously adds treatment techniques to his toolbox.
Since no one can know your body more than you, patient interaction and participation is essential to a more effective treatment.
Gabriel loves helping patients return to the activities that they love to do with greater effectiveness and without pain.

In 2010, Paul received his Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy and became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). He currently is an instructor within the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program offered by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and is a mentor for physiotherapists enrolled in the program. He also is a clinical instructor within the Physiotherapy program at McMaster University.
Paul has experience working with both the weekend warrior and elite athlete alike. He uses a variety of techniques including joint mobilization/manipulation, core stabilization and exercise programs, neural tissue mobilization, postural taping, myofascial release, acupuncture and IMS to help his clients reach their full potential. Paul is an avid athlete himself and plays volleyball and hockey all year round. His other career as a full-time father also keeps him busy chasing after his young daughter and son.
Alexandra Mahna, PT
Alexandra is committed to helping people achieve their goals and live their best lives. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, Alexandra also completed a Master of Science focused on Clinical Biomechanics and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University.
Although she loves working with clients of all ages, Alexandra has a passion in working with paediatric clients from infants to teenagers. She loves using her creativity to keep her paediatric clients engaged and excited to meet their goals while working collaboratively with families.
Aside from her experience working with paediatric clients, Alexandra also has a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, with experience working with National-level athletes and enthusiastic weekend warriors alike. Her commitment is to not just treat injuries but to truly understand her clients’ needs and help them return to the activities they love the most.
